The Road Map
Four practical points of orientation
The Road Map is a developing framework, not a promise that every system has a simple answer. Its purpose is to make the next step more visible and less dependent on memory, stamina, or phone access.

Damaged Goods Society grew from direct experience of fragmented systems, inaccessible communication, incomplete records, and the burden placed on people to coordinate their own path while already under strain.
The Society’s work is survivor-informed and grounded in privacy, autonomy, factual clarity, and honest limits. A person’s report matters. A record matters. An unanswered question matters. They are not automatically the same thing.
